Eligibility: Open to all students, Grades 6-12, by enrollment only. Limit 25 per section.

Enrollment: The club is completely full, but other GWC clubs in nearby towns may still have openings for new students.

Club meetings: The Ada Lovelace section meets Mondays 6:30pm - 8:30pm, starting October 5. The Grace Hopper section meets Fridays 4pm-6pm, starting October 2.

Meeting location: Newton Free Library, Computer Lab on 2nd Floor.

Attendance: All girls are expected to attend 80% of club meetings.

Cost: All instruction and software is provided free of charge.

Cancellations: Should we need to cancel a club meeting (due to bad weather, instructor illness, etc), we will post a notice here. In general, you should assume the club is operating any Monday or Friday that the Library is open.

Girls Who Code is a national, non-profit organization leading the movement to inspire, educate, and equip girls with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities. Through our Summer Immersion Program and Girls Who Code Clubs, we aim to close the gender gap in technology.
